Support for Digital Learning Materials

Some instructors choose to utilize digital learning materials in their courses.  Canvas administrators can verify materials are integrated properly in Canvas, but they do not have administrative access to the integrated resources. Therefore, the support that ITS can provide is minimal. For the most part, instructors will need to work with the digital resource vendor or publisher for technical support.

Note: If you are using a WileyPLUS digital resource, you will have to contact Wiley and inform them once you have activated your resource.  If you do not inform them that you have activated it, your students will be prompted with a fee for accessing their resource. Once you have activated it, please reach out to their support here: Contact Support (wiley.com)

Pearson

Students will not have access to the digital resources until your Canvas course is paired with Pearson's digital resources. The current LTI version is 1.3. Instructions on how to set this up are emailed to the instructors. Click on the "Fulfillment" link in the email for steps and guides pertaining to your setup. If you are having issues with this task, please contact Pearson support (see contact information below), or contact your representative. If you are not sure who this is, please use this form to find them.
