Clearing the Cache for Chrome

  1. Click on the "Customize and control Google Chrome" menu and choose "Settings". (You may also use the keyboard shortcut of holding Ctrl+Shift+Del simultaneously and skip to step 4)

  2. Locate the "Privacy and security" section and click on "Clear browsing data".

  3. In the drop-down, select "All Time".  Make sure to check Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.  Then click on the "Clear data" button.

  4. Close and re-open Chrome.
